1. General

These Terms govern the sale and use of tickets for events organized by [Fast Creative] (“Organizer”). By purchasing a ticket, the buyer (“Customer”) agrees to these Terms.

2. Purchase and Payment

  • Tickets are sold through [website or platform name].

  • Payment is processed via secure third-party providers (Stripe).

  • The ticket is valid only after full payment is received.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided by the Customer.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customer cancellation 3 or more full days before the event: 50% refund.

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the event or no-show: No refund.

  • Event cancellation by Organizer: Full refund, including service fees.

  • Event rescheduling: Tickets remain valid for the new date. Customers unable to attend may request a full refund within 7 days of notification.

  • Ticket transfers: The ticket may be transferred to another person if notified in writing before the event begins.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days after the cancellation is confirmed.

4. Organizer’s Right to Make Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the event program, venue, or schedule if necessary for safety, technical, or other reasonable reasons. Such changes do not entitle the Customer to a refund.

5. Liability

  • The Organizer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as travel or accommodation costs, unless required by mandatory law.

  • The Organizer’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket.

  • The Customer participates in the event at their own risk and must comply with all safety and conduct rules at the venue.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights of Finnish consumers under the Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) or applicable EU legislation.

7. Data Protection

Customer data is handled according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish data protection law.

  • Personal data is used only for order processing and event communication.

  • Data is not shared with third parties except payment processors or when required by law.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Finnish law.
Disputes shall be primarily resolved through negotiation.
Consumers may also contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) or European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
